By now many have heard the whispers or read the Facebook posts announcing the news of the Wisconsin Supreme Court deciding to hear the Wysocki/Saratoga case. We apologize for the delay in sharing information, as your core team, we felt it imperative to be 100% sure of our information prior to posting the news.
It has been confirmed that the Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the Wysocki appeal. Our fight has not changed its course other than the Wysocki’s case against our town will be reviewed. Although we had hoped for a different outcome, this is not really a surprise.
The case has not yet received a hearing date. We will keep supporters updated on scheduling or other news as it becomes available.
